Sable & Sage
Named for the antelope and the herb that together define the flavours of this region, Sable & Sage is Kasimba's fine dining heart. The kitchen operates with an unwavering philosophy: that what grows near should find its way to the plate.
Chef Thato Molefe draws on a decade of training between Cape Town and London to craft menus that honour both the land and the diner. Expect bold umami, delicate textures, and unexpected twists that linger in memory long after the last course is cleared.
Dinner is served beneath the open sky on warm evenings, with the gentle percussion of the bush as your soundtrack. The restaurant seats 40 guests — intimate by design, exclusive by nature.

The Watering Hole
Long before the dinner hour, guests drift toward The Watering Hole — Kasimba's signature cocktail bar, positioned where the terrace meets the gardens. It is the hotel's social pulse: unhurried, convivial, and lit in the amber of approaching dusk.
Our bartenders are storytellers in their own right. Each cocktail is built from a narrative — a local ingredient, a Batswana tradition, a landscape rendered in flavour. Come for one; stay for the conversation.
The Mokolodi Dusk
Aged Botswana whisky, honey syrup, fresh ginger, and a float of local rooibos bitters. The colour of the sky at sundown.
Kalahari Bloom
Botanical gin, elderflower liqueur, fresh cucumber, and a splash of sparkling water. Clean, floral, effortless.
Kasimba Sour
Our signature house blend — Amarula, fresh citrus, aquafaba, and a dusting of cinnamon. Sweet, sharp, memorable.
Wild Sage Negroni
A Botswanan interpretation of the classic: Campari, sweet vermouth, gin, and hand-foraged wild sage smoke.
